4 movements, slow – fast – slow – fast. Both fast movement are fugues (!). It has been suggested that this could be composed by Unico Wilhelm van Wassenaer (1692-1766), who is known to have written violin concertos that are now lost.
The manuscript paper is produced in Alkmaar in Holland in the 1740s.
